We intend to prove that the defendant, God, is at fault for our clients' injuries. Since God has heretofore established himself as the Maker and Ruler of all Creation, he is clearly responsible for all events and situations within Creation.

There is abundant documentation of this responsibility, as God has kept careful records within his personal journal, "The Bible". In "The Bible," God has detailed not only his criminal actions, but his heinous plans for future destruction. We plan to bring Him to justice before this alleged "Revelation" can come to fruition.

God has been evasive in response to His questionable past. There is no record of his existance prior to "The Bible" and, other than one plaintiff, no family members have been located. He has no social security number, known current address and is known by several names throughout the earth.

The majority of the crimes of which God has been accused have precedent recorded in His own ledgers. God admits to sending plagues, floods, smiting numerous victims and other acts of wrath and righteous anger.
